2014 BMW 4 Series (F32) Coupe – Spied and in Light Camouflage

BMW 4 Series Coupe

Here are the latest spy shots of a finished production prototype on its way to an internal event within the depths of the Munich BMW complex in Germany.

The comparison to the current 3 Series coupe the E92, the 4 series has a slender roof line with a more defined rear end.

The rear quarter windows have been elongated to make the hofmeister kink.

Surprisingly the front quarter panel vent was fully on show, which I am sure this will not make it to the final production, as it doesn’t really imply the usual BMW styling cues. The F32 shares the same side mirrors as the F30.

BMW M6 GranCoupe – Almost Official

BMW this week have shown the BMW M6 Gran Coupe at a private unveiling at the Nurburgring in Germany.

Even though the pictures don’t really reveal much from the spy shot’s taken last year, whilst undergoing extreme cold weather testing.

It does show us the finished article hidden under the camouflage, one thing was a surprising that the car is sporting a carbon fiber roof along with some more carbon detailing throughout the car although we are not sure of the option list on this private display, but the car also had Ceramic Brakes which hints at this being the M-Drivers-Package M6 Gran Coupe.

We all know how ludicrously seductive the sound of the BMW M3’s V8 sound’s, now just imagine the same thunderous exhaust tone after the guys at G-Power have strapped the ASA T1-523 supercharger kit on and then transplanted the powerunit in to the chassis of the capable 1 M Coupe.

BMW – Grounds the M5 M6 coupe & convertable over engine failure risk

BMW AG have just released an internal memo to all the dealer networks on a recall of all the current M models fitted with the v8 twin turbo.

The memo details the risk stems from an internal pump can cause a drop in oil pressure leading to a severe engine damage. BMW customer relations have been contacting all owners to immediately cease driving their cars.

BMW M4 Coupe - Spyshots

Here are the latest spy shots of the new 4 series M Coupe hiding under the usual BMW camouflage.

Due out in 2014, the M powered variant of the 4 Series not surprisingly to be named the M4. The all new coupe will adopt design cues from the current new generation M cars with a wider track along with an aggressive looking front bumper with large intakes and the signature quad exhaust pipes and side grills.

BMW 4 Series GranCoupe – Spied!

What looks like a BMW 3 series GT in full cammo in these photos is in fact the latest model in the BMW 3/4 series lineup, the 4 series GranCoupe. After looking closely we first notice the lower front end that looks to be the same as on the 4 series coupe and convertible prototypes we have seen before. The roof line is also lower and the trunk looks different.

The 4GC features the lowest and sleekest roofline, followed by the slightly taller F30 sedan, and then the GT. The 4GC will also add some centimeters in its overall length compared to the F30 sedan.

BMW 3 Series GT – Spied in Light Camo

BMW 3 Series GT
Here are the latest spyshots of the upcoming 3 series GT which is sporting less camouflage than previous spied prototypes.

BMW hasn’t announced whether the 3-Series GT will be sold in the U.S., and given the poor sales performance of the 5-Series GT its chances are slim.

The vehicle itself rides on the same platform underpinning the 3-Series sedan and is powered by the same series of engines.

The prototype seen here is showing its slimmer curves than the ridiculed 5-Series GT.

We are expecting the car to be revealed at the 2012 Paris Autoshow in France, As a Production Concept and likely to be unveiled later on in 2013.

BMW M Celebrate at the GreenHell – 40th Birthday and 50th Victory (Video)

BMW 2012 Nurburgring DTM Victory
BMW M are celebrating a rather special weekend at the Nürburgring’s DTM they secure podium places of 1st and 3rd for drivers Bruno Spengler & Charly Lamm, marking the 50th victory for BMW.

Bruno Spengler:

“When I won at the Lausitzring, I found it difficult to take in what had happened. It was the 50th victory for BMW and the first of its comeback season. We made history there. The race at the Nürburgring was all about the 40th birthday of BMW M. In addition, the Green Hell is something of a home track for BMW, so this was another very special success. I am overjoyed and really proud.”
