As a previous B5 RS4 owner I was left somewhat disappointed with the removal of the trademark forced induction from the 420ps B7 RS4, Now the 2013 Audi RS4 has shown its in production prototype on Germany’s Nürburgring.
The B8 Audi RS4 is incorporating a much more aggressive front fascia complete with lower and wider air intakes similar to the RS5 Coupe.
Rumors have suggested that an all-new 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 could be put to use here and with the extensive competition from AMG and BMW M-Power it is looking likely.
MTM from Wettstetten will be represented at the Autosalon in Geneva from the 3. – 13. March 2011 with two cars. In hall 5 MTM, car manufacturer and upgrading specialist, presents not only technical details and masterstrokes but also a visual highlight, which lets the exhibition hall shine in the truest sense of the word. The test drives on the highspeed track in Nardo in South Italy in September last year showed that the car can be moved in a sporty way also under extreme conditions, full load drives and extreme temperatures. MTM uses a coil over kit with adjustable suspensions, 20″ forged rims in the Bimoto design and MTM brakes 380 x 34 mm dimpled with 8-piston calipers at the front and rear axle.

These are the best Nurburgring Photo’s yet of Audi RS5, which we’ve spied testing on the Nordschleife Ring in Germany.
Performance will be 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds. It will be targeted to be in direct competition with the BMW’s mighty v8 M3
Engine will output 450bhp and will be a 4.2-litre twin-turbo V8, Compared to the 414bhp 4.0-litre V8-engined M3 and boasts a Quattro four-wheel drive system too, available with a choice of both six-speed manual and seven-speed dsg derivative gearboxes.

The new record 7.11,57 minutes – Gruber drove in the mid-engined sports car the “Apollo Sport”. Gruber stated “It certainly would have gone a little faster,” said the 26-year-old record after the round and seemed totally uneffected by this committed drive.
