2014 Nissan GTR – Spied Testing at the Nürburgring

2014 Nissan GT-R
The Prototype is going through tyre selection testing so the car was being driven hard on the Nordschleife in Germany.

After Nissans continued testing and its commitment to the Nürburgring 24h shows the desire to make the new 2014 GTR better than ever from race development to the road.

Changes to the exterior seem to be minimal as the car is sporting lighter camouflage, main differences are hidden under the camouflage on the front bumper probably hiding additional air ducts to feed the GT-R’s 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 for total of 545 ps and 463 lb-ft of torque.

We assume that new headlight clusters and rear detailing is expected to be fitted closer to the production prototype.

Rumour has it that Nissan is to drop the V-Spec and to adopt a hardcore variant named the RS something im not personally convinced about.

We are expecting with revised use of internal components and improved induction airflow we expect the car to be around the 560ps.

Expect the 2014 Nissan GT-R to become official late 2013 and released in the dealer network in 2014.
