Well it looks like Renault are about to go official with the Clio RS MK4 and after some teaser videos and its camouflaged hill climb at the 2012 Goodwood Festival of speed.
We have managed to get the first glimpse of a white fully uncamouflaged version of RenaultSports Clio RS before its official unvailing at the 2012 Paris Motorshow.
From the outside, the Clio RenaultSport seems to have grown up from its aggressive styling, which includes a revised front bumper with cavernous air vents feeding the intercooler with enough cool air to keep air intake temperatures low, also the addition of chrome side skirts which will differentiate the RS model from the other Clio’s, finishing the extensive detailing will be twin exhausts on each side of the car.
Powering the Clio, wont be the naturally-aspirated 2.0 petrol it will be a revised engine from the Nissan Juke the1.6-liter turbocharged four-pot that should delivering somewhere around 200-horsepower. It will be connected to a six-speed manual driving the front wheels and soon to be followed by a dual clutch automatic.
The RS will be offered exclusively as a five-door hatchback.
